Steps to Place Your Order

Send us an email or complete the form on our website to begin your order.

We will reply to your email and send you an Excel file to complete with the sizes and quantities of the products you wish to order.

You will be asked to send your logo in PNG or JPG format (preferably high resolution).

Please confirm in writing the logo color you would like for the print: white, black, or the original colors.

Once we receive the completed file with your preferences, we will send you an invoice via Square for payment.

After payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and delivered within 7 to 14 business days.
General Conditions of Sale
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:Placing an order implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall prevail over any other document or prior communication.
Prices and Payment: Prices are in US dollars. Payment will be made via bank transfer or payment through the Square platform.
Shipping: Delivery within 7 to 14 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping companies will be UPS and USPS (Priority Mail Express®, Priority Mail®, or USPS Ground Advantage®).
Returns: [14-day] return policy, with unused product in its original packaging. Returns on personalized products are not accepted.
Liability: The seller is not responsible for damage due to misuse or force majeure.
